Vinery Lofts combines rehabilitation of an early 20th Century commercial winery with new construction. Vinery I converts the existing masonry structure into fourteen loft style condominiums over an existing basement retrofitted into a garage. Vinery II, a new building constructed of precast concrete, steel frame, and masonry, contains twelve residential units built as a mirror image of Vinery I. Outdoor steel decks and stairs connecting both buildings emphasize the project's integrity as one residential complex.

Lakeview has abundant restaurants, shopping and nightlife. It's a younger neighborhood, with much of its population under 30, as housing is slightly cheaper than neighborhoods surrounding Lakeview.

Lakeview is also home to the Chicago Cubs' and Wrigley Field. Wrigleyville is known for its many bars and restaurants primarily located on North Clark. These bars are especially bustling during baseball season when they feed and entertain thousands of fans. Wrigleyville's section of Lakeview has the following boundaries: Halsted to the East, Ashland to the West, Roscoe to the South, and Byron to the North.
